An evening debate among Hermosa's nine city council candidates and two city treasurer candidates will be held Wednesday, October 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the Clark Recreation Building at 8th Street and Valley Drive in Hermosa Beach. The event is being sponsored by Easy Reader and the environmental group V.O.I.C.E. Election Day is the following Tuesday, November 2
