El Segundo surf reef meeting

South Bay Surfriders will host a meeting on the proposed El Segundo surf reef tonight at 7 p.m. at the Manhattan Beach Joslyn Center. Dave Skelly, the reef's' engineeer speak. The surf reef is being funded by Chevron/El Segundo and built roughly 100 yards south of shitpipe.

The Manhattan Joslyn Center is located on Valley Drive, next to Live Oak park in downtown Manhattan Beach.
