Over 250 Chevron/El Segundo employees, including mechanics, chemists, accountants, engineers gathered last Thursday beneath a 30-foot by 60-foot American flag hung on the side of the refinery’s office building. The flag is visible from El Segundo Blvd. in downtown El Segundo. The refinery will hold it’s annual open house on Saturday, October 13. Visitors will enjoy a tour of the refinery, lunch and educational talks and exhibits. Reservations are required. Call 615-3747.
